Improvements 10
A new Timeline view on a Compliance 2.0 site's page shows how every answer's status has moved, with verifications, new question versions and saved reports marked along the way.
Improvements 10
Choose site fields on a Compliance 2.0 board and fill them in at the top of each site's page while you work through its questions.

Improvements 5
Let user groups change a site or item custom field without broader permissions, or make a field theirs alone.
Improvements 7
Every table of findings, actions and risk improvements now lists sub-tasks under their item, with a ring that shows at a glance how far along the work is.
Improvements 7
Findings can now be linked to the controls in Frameworks and Controls. Pick the frameworks a board works with, then link each finding requirement by requirement.
Improvements 4
Type what you are looking for in your own words, and 21RISK opens the right page with the right filters, from ⌘K or any table’s Filter menu.
Improvements 10
Improvements 6
A new board type for writing: how a process works, or what a folder is for. Choose who can read and edit it, and every saved version is kept.
The Insurance map now shows the official severe weather warnings in force at your sites, from national weather services in Europe, the US and Canada and from GDACS for tropical cyclones, updated every two minutes.

Improvements 10
A new Country risk tab under Insurance Analytics scores every country from 0 to 100 for political violence, war, expropriation and biological hazards, from public data, and shows how much of your insured value sits in each band.
Improvements 10
Sites enter twelve months of business interruption, and 21RISK scales it to each site's BI period in Total BI and TIV.
Frameworks and Controls now keeps your policies: the approved document, who owns it, who approved it and when, and when it must be reviewed again.
Improvements 8
Improvements 4
Compliance answers and findings can now expire on a rolling or fixed schedule, so recurring checks come back when they are due, with every period and its evidence on record.
Lock any column of an Insurance period, such as the business interruption period, and sites see the value without being able to change it.
Improvements 6
Share one link, and anyone in your organization reports a loss on your own claims page, without seeing anyone else's claims. Give it your title, texts, brand colour and a moving background.
Improvements 6
A new Inflation tab under Insurance Analytics holds every site's values against consumer and construction prices in its own country, so the values that quietly fell behind stand out before the renewal.
Insurance periods can now ask sites for other values, such as an estimated maximum loss, without adding them to TIV, and hold up to 20 of your own columns per group.
Improvements 2
Improvements 2
Adopt SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 ready-made, or build your own, map the controls your organization actually runs, and see which requirements still have a gap.
21RISK is now listed in Claude’s connector directory. Connect it in a couple of clicks, sign in, and Claude answers questions about your sites, values and risk improvements from live 21RISK data, within the access you grant.
Improvements 3
Record why each loss happened and how sure you are, and see on the new Root cause analytics page which causes drive your losses and where they keep coming back.
A new tab under Insurance Analytics shows how insured values moved since the previous Insurance period, which sites and value categories drove the change, and how much came from exchange rates alone.
Compliance questions can now require each site to verify its answer again on an interval, and answers that are not re-verified in time expire automatically.
Every Compliance board now has an Analytics page: see overall compliance, where each section and site stands, and how compliance develops over time.
Improvements 3
Findings boards can now have templates, so recurring findings start with the right name, category, tags, cost and notes already filled in.
Improvements 1
Improvements 2
We have rebuilt risk improvement analytics around your backlog: what is open, overdue and unassigned, where it sits, and how fast it gets closed. Findings, claims and risk improvement analytics now accept every filter the table does.
Improvements 1
Improvements 4
Board statuses can now be reordered from the settings page, and the status picker follows the same order everywhere on the board.
